If you ask me, you can edit your system to do that filtering for you in the
/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketQueue.pm. You can edit that file to exclude the
tickets with pending state (or what ever state you want).

Did someone tried to make those 4 types of notifications (New ticket, Follow
up, ticket lock timeout and Moved ticket) per each queue.
Not just for all queues together or just those selected as "My Queues", but
really for each individual queue.

When I try to attach a file bigger then 1MB, I got this error

I setup my "WebMaxFileUpload" to be 50 MB, but no change I still cannot
attach bigger files

I got this strange error from every cron-job that I run.
I upgrade my OTRS from 2.1.1 to 2.1.5, using the source. I just extract the

I'm keeping asking that question from a while, and nobody answer me yet.
Did somebody add sort/order options like the one in "Locked Tickets"
(index.pl?Action=AgentTicketMailbox) to the "QueueView".
I don't find this ridicules, I think it will be a lot helpful.
And another thin
It will be nice if it's configurable per auto response, because not
replaying to all (cc, bcc) at new ticket .
