We have been using OTRS 1,2.3 for some time now. The person who
installed this version, managed to set up virtual queues so that all
valid users could see all the tickets on a single screen. Main page view
looks like following-

I want to create some management reports like - age of ticket, tickets
that are not assigned for more than a certain days, number of tickets
opened/closed per day per queue etc. I was wondering if there is a
facility to prepare such reports in OTRS (2.3.4) or some one has done
these

That's the way that I know how. It sounds time consuming but its effective
