Nachdem du meintest du arbeitest mit der deutschen Version von OTRS gehe ich davon aus, das Ich mich der deutschen Sprache bedienen darf.
Ich habe in deiner Antwort glaube ich die Lösung auf mein Problem - Customer mit einer bestimmen Zugehörigkeit sollen unter "Company Tickets" alle Ticke

this is done by giving the same clients
ID in the customer Base data sheet to all of them. In the German version
(i am working wirth) it is called Kunden# and it is the field beneath the
email adress. Put in always the same value for the groups that should read
all their tickets.
