If one or more errors occurred, I'd look at what those errors are.

Hi again,
I have some agents who can use the forwarding feature (for an email) and others
who are unable to - it just says "One or more errors occurred!”.
All agents should have this permission - how do I ensure this?
I can’t find a setting that pertains to this.

Using v2.2 (+ITSM), I try to forward a ticket, but the from address is
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I couldn't find any occurrence of this email in my config, but grep
finds
System/Email.pm:$Param{From} =
$Self->{ConfigObject}->Get('AdminEmail') || '[EMAIL PROTECTED]';
My config does include :

I think procmail wouldn't help because we only want to forward tickets in a specific
queue.
