1. enable customer group feature.
2. create customer group named customers.
3. set the default customer group like customers, users,
4. define the ACL like this;
$Self-{TicketAcl}-{'ACL-Name-1'} = {

when i set the ACL,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to create different templates
of type in admin interface to assign for each clients?

I haven't done it, but I guess you can achieve it using ACLs

Let us know how it goes, now that I think about it, that makes a lot of
sense and it would be nice to implement it.
