Speaking from recent experience, I do not think you'll be happier under IIS and PerlEx (the latter being the real issue, from my perspective). Are you using MySQL or MSSQL? We started with that configuration (IIS and PerlEx) and have steadily moved toward Apache. I have some ASP.NET apps also hos
