How can I change this to:

You can change the date by amending the format of the following in
Kernel/Language/en.pm
$Self-{DateFormat}
$Self-{DateInputFormat}
$Self-{DateInputFormatLong}
Don't know if it will work without the year but this would be how to achieve it.

I can't find out how to change the date format for OTRS. When creating
new tickets (Phone or Email) the Pending Date field shows dropdowns
for mm / dd / - I would like dd / mm. Can this be changed
system-wide?
