In otrs 3.0.9 i believe in Core::Ticket there was a item that disabled
these fields, but I think it was removed, I will disable then in the dtl
files.

Hello,
Whenever a customer asks to disable them, I just go and comment the lines
on the DTLs where they are called. Since they're not mandatory, commenting
the lines is usually enough.
