tell us what steps you used in goldwave? When you set the attribute you will find that it goes up to and past 44000hz 320kb you can go up to 48000hz 320 kb What I do in the attributes is to route my jaws cursor then route the pc cursor then I can arrow or page up or down to the attribute I want.

hello chris, i think the problem is that the settings in the skype software needs changing. open sky-pe and go to tools then options arrow down to sound devices and change the settings. your headset should appear inj the drop down list. change it to the headset and then try a test call. cheers
