HI,
Why would you want to do this? I think you are missing the point. To use
the Audio repeater feature of Virtual Audio Cable, you need to have at least
one sound card installed. Most systems come with onboard sound so this
shouldn't be a problem. However, putting your screen reader's voice

Thanks for the answer. I dont' do much work with Real Player, and I can
use Gold Wave to extract the audio from video, so I'll probably stick with
what I ahve.

Yeah, they don't, but what I mean is to have the repeater in effect by the
time the windows sounds normally would come up. If I used a repeater as
default sound, I would have to navigate that app with no speech, probably
not real easy. I wonder how you tell a shortcut in the startup group, click

hi
could be because the og g file was put together, i can't think of the tech
word for it at the moment, but could be it doesn't support concatinated, or
whatever that is, streams.

hi bruce,
an advantage of replay would be that it can extract audio from some video
files. If you have real player installed, it will also convert their formats
as well. other than that, i'd stick with EZ CD because it supports a whole
bunch more audio formats.

What is the demo restriction? I could pretty well get rid of Goldwave demo
and Switch if this will indeed do video TV shows to audio. I wonder if it is
real fast on the video, Imtoo extracts the audio to wav in about a minute
per hour.

hi
I'm using my computer. The sound quality on my tv isn't good enough. What
I've ended up doing is extracting the audio in ogg with DVD Extractor. It's
not titled or anything, but it does the trick, eppisodes are in order and
such so it's all good.
thanks

Does anyone hapen to know what the advantages are of Replay Converter over
Easy CD-DA Extractor? I.E., if I'm happy with the latter, is there
something that might make the former appealing to me?

Hi all!
I'm trying to convert a particular ogg file to mp3, and it's only converting
part of the file. The ogg file is about 21 minutes long, but for some
reason, the converted mp3 file is just shy of fifteen minutes and i can't
figure out why. A whole chunk is missing from the end. Thanks!

Nope, it's authorized. I figured it out though. You have to select your
bitrate, and then shift tab to begin job without going anywhere else.

I mean, give it a large or maybe not necessarily real big folder of them and
have it convert one after another without having to do each one manually.

Brent, I converted several MPEG video files to MP3 with Replay Converter.
Not knowing a lot about real technical things I'm not sure what you mean by
"batch file," but I had several MPEG's on my system that I wanted to take
video off of, and it did this beautifully.
