problem with replay converter

Hi all! I'm trying to convert a particular ogg file to mp3, and it's only converting part of the file. The ogg file is about 21 minutes long, but for some reason, the converted mp3 file is just shy of fifteen minutes and i can't figure out why. A whole chunk is missing from the end. Thanks! Alli
