Mountain Laurel? Isn't that quite a hardy plant?

The Canon service people are good. Unlikely they are lying.

The K10D is expected to be 10mp the K100D is still 6mp. That's the
major difference. (The K10D may have a bigger buffer, and I'm really
hoping for an aperture simulator, or 1.3 crop instead of APS-C but
neither is likely).

It's a state issue. In Connecticut it's protected because it's the
state flower, I hadn't heard of it being protected in NJ before.

I'll add after my second viewing of the show that the colors and
shapes are very soothing. Just as good the 2nd time around.
It makes me want to see more of these structures in their context to

Great! The 18-55 is somewhat underrated based on the few pics I've made
with one, which was back when I got my first DS. See my review of the DA
16-45. The 18-55 would be just a little more of the same. I do like it's
somewhat longer reach than the 16-45, makes the lens just a little more
Hello Sylwester,
I don't think the A* and FA* 85/1.4 are the same optical formula. The
A* is a little more general purpose like the 77 limited. The FA* is
really designed for portrait work. It's sharpness in the longer focus

Hello gfen,
Not sure why you are saying alas. You haven't tried it. I have used
an MX for many, many years and it is among my favorite bodies of all
time. The process that John described is faster to use than an MX.
So if you are happy with your MX, you should not be significantly
bothered by
