Do you mean the little disc that screws in with a coin? The MX cover
have these little sleeves that hold the batteries in tightly on either
side. The A covers are just a disc. Without the side sleeves, the

Awhile back I was startled to find a full grown toad in the trap. Had been
trapped during circulation and succumbed. Too bad. Would have aided in garden
insect control.
Black widow spiders like to attach themselves to the underside of the trap
