responsive. AF is good but only using the central point (other points
suck big time). It's not entirely up to sport photography, sadly,
because the predictive AF doesn't track the active subject that well, time to

I doubt it. I have the 80-200 and 35-70 f2.8 that i bought used for $900. 00

All you need is a DS or D for parts, and a thousand dollars or so and you could
graft the veiwfinder from the Pentax onto the Nikon just like you do with the
lenses. That is plus the D70 of course.

The D70 appears to be the darling of the photomags, and seems to be
better than the Rebel D. Pop Photo just gave a nice write-up to the DS,
which I got to read while spending 7 quality hours in newstands in
Charlotte ariport last weekend.
