Thanks, Christine. My feeling about the crop is essentially the same as yours.
I, also, always re confirm my feeling that the bull belongs in the middle.

Hi Jack: I like it. At first I thought a small crop on the left and at the top
might work, but I decided against it. The bull looks less lonely when you do
that. :-)

Indignant? demeaning? surely not. Certainly no intention. 8^\
As I said, it's your photo and if you're satisfied with it, life is
good.
I've never heard *anyone* refer to Photoshop tools as '"enhancement"
and its submenus' before! The metaphor of that language simply

Godfrey,
They are, of course, Photoshop tool references.
I tried to respect your ideas and give validity while explaining why I
rendered it as I did.
You sound a bit indignant and your tone demeaning.
Surprises me.

Godfrey,
In the past I've messed with "enhancement" and it's sub menus and have,

Oddly, perhaps, I don't want to make out color tones or see MORE detail
in the fence or meadow grasses.
When I reached a point where I could comfortably feel the weight of the

Nice capture Jack.
I can see many variations here. The fence itself is worthy of a study in

It was getting late and I had just given up trying to make something
out of another scene in the area. I returned to my car, laid the camera
