Hi Lasse,
It looks like I can add as many lines of text as I want to, as long as I
remember how to code a little HTML. I found out that in the captions box, I
can separate different lines by using br tags. Didn't find a limit. This is
a really fun program.

Yes, and different browsers are more or less forgiving. It's a good idea
to run the code through W3C's HTML validation service, or a similar

For those who are not familiar with the service: http://validator.w3.org/
or do a Google search on HTML validation/validator to find other

I've gotten into the code and made a few minor changes, cleaned up the skin
quite a bit. It's looking better, more to my liking. I may put up a small

Hi,
Well, it is simpler, but I'm not crazy about that style particularly. I
can see a few ways it can be improved a bit (for my taste, anyway) while
still maintaining a nice simple, clean, uncluttered look.

Hi Don,
Have you - or has anyone - put up a few pages made with Porta? Got a link?
Although I've not tried this program yet, I'm sometimes amazed at how good

Don,
Thank you for introducing this program. With practically no imaging
experience, I found this program very easy to use with respect to re-sizing,
caption placement, and assembly. I took image files straight off the card ran
them through the program and voila! A gallery was born.

The other thing that's important for me is being able to simply add a
photo
or two without having to redo the whole process. And it would be nice if
the photo could be placed anywhere in the queue
Actually its really easy to add more photos and edit other setting in
your existing album.
