That is the viewpoint from a collector, of course. If we don't produce any artifacts now, there won't be anything to collect later. The basic concept has been brought up several times over the last many years. Not only do people not make prints, they don't get the photos off of their devices. I

Ann, Like you, I still have boxes of prints and slides. Long ago I dumped about 1/3 of the slides for errors. No need to keep poorly focused or camera shake slides. I have most print and some albums I've assembled as well. On the digital side, I'm less ruthless - keeping all but the worst shots. St
