I would call both Henry's head office and Pentax Canada and let them

to use.
Cheers,

Hi, Frantisek,
The mercury cell is a px400, but they can be pretty hard to find, as
they've been illegal in many places for quite some time. I think Varta
might have been one of the last to make them, but they've now stopped.
I've heard of some Spottie users who've used the alkaline

Hi, Dave,
Actually, I think I got the last 6 mercury cells from Henry's :-).
About a year and a half ago, I cleaned them out. Kept a couple for
myself, and gave three or four to list members (at cost, of course).
The salesperson told me that they wouldn't be getting any more in,
claiming that
oops. Just noticed that you were talking about the Newmarket store,
Dave. I was talking about downtown. Sorry.

Outside of the downtown store..
I don't shop at any of the outlying Henry's
stores for a few reasons:
1) I know staff in the downtown store and trust
only 2 of them to give me
honest answers and decent discounts
2) The staff in outlying stores only

I carry a couple of spares for my SP's and SPF's, and the Varta V400PX
1.35V Mercury (PX 400) is the one for my SP1000.
