I have always thought about taking a trip to Spain. With my last name
(Matamoros) there is no denying my Spanish heritage.
You struck a cord when you mentioned paella. There used to be a
restaurant in Manhattan (NYC) called La Paella that was excellent for
that dish. We used to go
