I see you are all working on the BW conversion solutions so i wanted
to share some information. Lately, i've found a GREAT PS (yes it's
only photoshop.. sorry) freeware plugin that does extrimely good B&W
and other conversions, knows to add many types of grain and all kind
of special effect

After seeing what other have done. I've gone back and adjusted the
tone of the guy sitting at the base of the statue.
