This subject arose earlier this year. I and a few others suggested thatyou consider
the final models by Fujica. Search for Fujica in the archives. Viewfinder
magnification was about 0.95X and some models offers LCD displays and modern metering.

I have to disagree with JCO here, at least with the broad generalization
of his statement, and the way he presented his opinion.
First, I grew up with a Spottie and a bunch of slow lenses - 35/3.5,
