Raimo, Nice winder at a good price. It makes the ME Super much easier to hold, more comfortable. I find winders are a great way to get a 2nd or 3rd shot without taking your eye away from the viewfinder. (Some of the best people photos disappear while I'm winding.) Overall they are a great

aside from weak batteries, it could be the engagement switch on the winder is not in the correct position. take the winder off the camera and look at the advance drive coupling. the little pin next to it should be to the right when holding the grip in the right hand and looking down. Herb... -
