Calling someone an apologist is a way to calm things down. I have no doubt that Milosovic is a thug, but I would also consider the Clinton-Bush sanctions to be even more violent. Using such emotive language, as any philosopher knows -- thuggish, apologist -- is sure to fan flames. -- Michael P
