contents has been moved to appendix/reserved.xml and predefined.xml.

Also, will these constants be documented as to
the meanings? I assume that's what it means by
quite a few more commits to follow. Like:
PHP_VERSION : The version of PHP being run. See
also phpversion() and version_compare().

The es version of the manual lacks strtotime.
datetime.xml exists but lacks a definition
for this function. This exists for others too.
I assumed in such cases a en/ default will exist,
but is that only if the file datetime.xml doesn't
exist at all? If so, that should be looked into.

The new build system by Hartmut will have an XML file for each function
(codename bananasplit), so we will no more have the problem you are
reporting.
ah yes, yet another reason why splitting them up
is a good idea :)
