is a PhpZ skin specific problem, which is totally broken.

folder with the new one, and rerun the html help compiler pass to get a

Today with good cooperation from the guys on phpdoc#, we made the
grouped function listing (RFC/manual.xml.in) work in livedocs. With
introducing a simple new grouping tag, this change needs our own DTD
(which is based on DocBook), but I beleive it is worth this small change.
