I know that at PCC and MHCC, where some additional login information is needed,
that I have to temporarily disable NoScript to access the final login page. I
have to do the same thing at Red and Black too.

The gateway and netmask are set by the DHCP server when it assigns an IP
address to the host. I don't recall what they were.
