Are we talking about the standard "Genres" menu under Custom Browse ?
The structure should be:

I'd be willing to chip in $250 towards development of an XM plug-in for
V7, under the following two conditions:
1) It has to work in my setup! :) Garden-variety, but figured I'd
throw this in.
2) The source code remains open source or at the least "freeware" for
everyone else.

Yes I agree, the first one will stop any error messages interfering with
the piping to the flac program. The second could possibly be piped
elsewhere I suppose.
I have been wathcing the top command now and then and mplayer-stdout is
always grabbing significantly more cpu time than flac.
Thanks a
Scenario 2 is exactly what I'm looking for. I use a Mac as my main
computer, but all of my development experience is Windows. I don't
really want to fire up a Windows VM just to edit a couple new audio
files. I'd ideally like to avoid a full rescan since I run slimserver
on an ARM-based NAS, so a

I removed GrabPlaylist, as all functionality from that plugin is covered by the
OtherPlayers plugin.
When I restarted SqueezeCenter, I saw the following error:
[19:17:42.5627] Plugins::CustomScan::Scanner::getPluginModules (587)
CustomScan: Failed to load module Plugins::GrabPlaylist::Plugin: C
Hellay!
I've began to use my N800 thru TightVNC/VNC Viewer which, when opening
Moose and resizing it to the N800 screen gives a very nice and good
looking alternative to remote. Actually faster than going the usual way
with the 770 skin for SS/SC. Its very easy to handle with the Touch View

The first 2>/dev/null is part of mplayer-stdout and necessary because of
flipflip's mods to mplayer. The second "2>/dev/null" at the very end on
Flac and MP3 lines is unecessary and I think are accidental as they are
not on the WMA lines further down which also uses mplayer-stdout.
I am surprise
Is there a plugin for Blackberry 8830 that will allow me to use my BB as
a remote control for SB3?
Thanks

Thanks for that!
Works very well now! It's nice also, to have the radio stations sorted
in ascending order A-Z etc. Very easy to browse!
Thanks and Cheers!

Well spotted on the errors. I must have left a trailing j at the end as
I was editing them using vi. I also spelt volume as valume on the flac
custom conversion line.

Restarted slimserver, and hey presto it works. I knew there would be no
good reason for it not working.

Hi,
after running SS 6.5 SVN for quite some time I thought I'd have a look
at SC 7 - what an improvement :)
Having a spot of bother getting Alien BBC working though. I have the
Lazy Search plugin installed and working ok, so I'm assuming I'm
dropping the plugins into the right directory
(/usr/sh

I've posted v1.1.4 at Sourceforge:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=105780
This version
* catches up with the menu changes
* fixes the love/ban commands from the 'now playing' web page
* fixes the 6.5 account upgrade
