This new library has been configured with Menu Group = Libraries.
if I deselect Show in home menu, I see the library on the home menu,

A quick check indicates that version 41 works as intended.
Thanks again.

Well, it could certainly be done. Look at the code for the scrobbler
plugins, for example - they set a timer after each track has started so
that they know when its time to scrobble.
I have to say it would annoy the hell out of me if my favourite track
were just coming up to the really good bit
SC 7 just isn't complete without this plugin. Any chance there will be a
new version?

Good question ! Why ? ;-)
Well... It's in the spirit of using the SqueezeBox in a party...
I have songs that last 5-6 minutes ! It's just to long for a party.
People get bored !

Is it possible to configure SDT with SC7 so that it it defaults to

I had SDT configured this way in 6.5x. I do realize that I can use the

Just wanted to let you know that I've uploaded a SC7 compatible version
of the FileViewer plugin.

As an alternative approach, how about looking for tracks that meet your

Or use the Custom Skip plugin and configure it to automatically skip
I tried this with Freenas 0.686.2 and previous beta version (which I'm
running at home). 6.5 was working fine, but I noticed that
squeezecentre 7 was out on website, so I thought i'd give new one a
shot. I wiped out slimserver 6.5 folder on my home set up before going
with v7.
Here's my setup
I think I overdid it with my acronyms so I'm re-posting for clarity. :

Replaced my .map entry with what you suggested above and this is my log
file after pressing the button:

Great work.
I particularly like the new skip forward and backward buttons on the
web UI and the fact it now shows the AlienBBC icon in the now playing
panel.
Thanks for a great plug-in

I've been working for a little while on a native PocketPC remote control
application for SlimServer 6.5 (and probably 7.0). I'm writing it for
the Dell Axim x51v although it should work on other PocketPCs as long
as they are running WM5 and have a VGA screen. Its aimed at people who
want a fast
Just installed this release on Ubuntu and the GWR stations are still
there, however clicking on GWR Radio List Page 1 or GWR Radio List

To install, I stopped SC, removed the Alien dir then
You may need to go to the settings page for alien and click Reset Menu
to remove the old menu entries.

I have forgotten to tell that some weeks with iPeng has made things work
out better.
And the combination of
- the actual SqueezeBox
- SqueezeCenter 7
- iPeng Skin
- iTunes Update
- CustomBrowse / Scan / TrackStat
- The alternative Music Information screen
- MusicIP Mixer
- iTunes
- A Mac
Thanks for the new version - works a treat.
And thanks for adding 'Yesterday' to the What On listings :)
I notice though that it says 'No Title' on the first menu.

Just wanted to let you know that I've uploaded a SC7 compatible version

It seems that as soon as you click save on the Services:
SqueezeCenter page, the owner gets set to www and the group gets set

I even tried setting up a test account that were part of wheel and www,

Tried Squeezecenter 7 as recommended by Kuben72
And it seems to work

My best guess was C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Plugins
But, that produce the following error under SqueezeCenter 7 when going
