I've now tried using Fast Forward from the web interface.
It sort of works. I think I may be doing something wrong, pressing and

don't seem to be able to make it move very fast.

I recently had to upgrade to ver 7.0 as a Norton update seemed to not
allow Norton to scan (PC shutdown when scan reached Slimserver ver6.5)
Norton works but I had been using Inguz and it will not load on ver 7
Any advice

The new default skin limitred the possibilities for ffwd/rew so AlienBBC
takes over the shuffle repeat buttons for ffwd/rew.
The amount to skip forward/back depends on how many times you click the
ffwd/rew key - if you stop clicking then AlienBBC will start playing.
With each click the

I did a bit of checking and I don't know what is happening.
With the log server.plugins set to DEBUG - there should be messages for
each Plugin directory loaded and those that failed to load.
Although AlienBBC is noted at the beginning which mean install.xml was

If it's just downloading album art that's causing the problem, why not
try Album Art Aggregator? It'll download artwork very quickly from
Amazon, and you can just scan down them to review and you're done. You
can also choose which country Amazon you want - useful for avoiding US

PODCAST is a plugin supplied as part of SC and is put in the

I want to check if Plugins are being picked up from the server/Plugins

As a test will you install the AACplus plugin. The plugin has no real

I think the problem is solved !!!
I did as you suggested and zipped to the SC7 server\plugin directories.
