Someone mentioned on an earlier thread that some older tracks on Spotify
stream at 160 rather 320. Is there anything in the log file that would
show this - I've had a look but can't see any references to bitrate?

Unfortunately this seems to be some odd timing issue I can't reproduce. I've
seen it a few times, but can't reproduce it reliably. Would another restart
"fix" it?

But unfortunately it wouldn't run on the ReadyNAS Duo. That device is
too slow to handle multi megapixel photos in a reasonable way. I'd
recommend some x86 hardware at least.

I had some problems with GEOM Raid5 before and had to use ZFS instead.
I was told that AMD64 is better for ZFS but soon realized that your

Softsqueeze is a thin client - the play is sent a graphics bit map and
it displays. The player does not generate any text except the setup
ones. So the content of the display comes from SBS.
This looks info that was part of an URL and so it is probably the
associated plugin that needs to be fixed

Been using Trackstat for a while now, and although the features are
wonderful, it has for some unknown reason started displaying the '*'
symbol as some random characters. I have changed back to '*' in the
trackstat settings in SB Server Settings, but applying the change has
no effect.

There isn't really a default weather screen, so what are you using now?
It would also help to know which SB(s) you are using, as the available
options vary by model.

For the past week or so the iPlayer listen again feature has been down
on both the Boom and the Squeezebox Classic. Listen Live is fine.
The RSS feed appears to be working OK, and from the Web Interface I can
see the image associated with the programme. But When trying to play

Like others, I'm often seeing the battery going out very quickly -
perhaps related to iPeng.
One thing I've noticed, is that sometimes when iPeng is backgrounded,
the hardware volume control still works.
