Hi Andrew,
first of all, Whitebear is an immensly useful tool for me, as these days
I mostly use JRiver MC as DLNA Server but stream via a SB Touch
connected to a Windows Homeserver 2011 based LMS 7.9.
There is just one small issue that is bothering me: whenever the WHS
returns from hibernation

Hi!
Where can you change the server adress in Squeezeplay. I wan't to put in
my xx.dyndns.org:9000 adress, to make access to my server
from a friends place. It Works fine with iPeng and Squeezeplay on
android. But where can I change the adress i Squeezeplay for Windows ?
Softsquueze Works
Just to confirm that this problem is defo affecting the vanilla live BBC
streams, as well. Currently running LMS 7.8.0 on a dedicated Vortexbox
Appliance in the UK and have been a long-time listener to the
bog-standard BBC streams [mainly] via a Boom, but sometimes via
Squeezeplay/Desktop PC.

I did the same, once I was able to have a VM. Only problem I saw is with
streaming services and I'm wondering if this is linked to that EOF
detection that might be different on OSX. We can PM that if you want,
just a few details before: the same buffer file is opened twice

I believe I correctly applied Don's (BoomX2) changes, including the
decode_json change, but I don't actually use the MLB scores, so I HOPE
it all works.

Looking good here. At least I see proper teams and times for upcoming
games today, which wasn't happening before

The change you made in 0.2.1.0a5 allows remote streams to play now, but
when I stop playback from the webgui s2u crashes.
Here's the back trace from two crashes at stop.

crap ... I see the side effect - I've moved the change, which seems to
do the work, in a critical section where this should not happen (I was
doing a fseek on a closed file) - in github now
Unfortunately, it's still crashing when I stop the stream.

I am using this plugin for more then a year now. It works perfect.
Only the last couple of months I have the issue that my password for
spotify is forgotten
by the plugin.
It gives in the server log the following info:

Seems to be OK today, no pauses or buffering issues all afternoon. This
has been across Radio 4, 5live and 6music.

Don't know if this is a helpful observation, but I'll mention it in case
it helps eliminate certain possibilities.
I've had no trouble with iplayer breaking up or rebuffering since
adopting bpa's fix and bonze's menu.opml. This is true for live streams
and listen again. Mainly Radios 2,4,5,6 and
I think I can try to test that in my Linux system as the crash probably
happens there as well

okay, I think I got it now. I was able to reproduce, on Win7, the crash
that was introduced by the workaround for OSX then to do a proper
workaround that does the trick for OSX and
