Thanks for your reply... I tried Option 3 (I think), but it still cutout
at about the 3rd track (Which was Hi-Res). Here are the parameters I
set I may have got something wrong.

I'm very glad this came up! I've been having problems with both
CDPlayer and Wave Input plugins, which I can't solve. This does the
trick (mostly). I'm gathering it's an mp3 stream which isn't ideal, but
it gives me the option to stream across my system.

But make sure to instead of asking LMS for a URL, you use your query
with "item_id:123", putting the ID from the element you want to
navigate.

I have no idea really - Can be a bug that I've not encountered so far or

I've written a control interface in Pascal (Free Pascal) to control my
home. Part of that is as interface to LMS that lets me select and
schedule music. It uses HTTP POST commands to the jsonprc.js page in LMS
to browse the server and control things (like add something to the
queue).

Reinstalled Chromecast plugin but no change so I deleted castbridge.xml
and this fixed issue. Castbridge.xml was recreated and the Chromecast
name of "Chromecast TV" has been renamed as "Sitting Room TV" so

The bit rate is fine. The LMS 8.0 on picore provides a perfect 320kbs
iPlayer stream when connected by cable directly to the router.

I recently accidentally discovered "Material skin", which is fabulous.
I'm very impressed and showed to other people, it's really great.
No problem so far, just that I noticed that albums covers appear in
MusicIP generated mixes (they were absent with the defautl skin), but
the songs
Yesterday I set up a second piCorePlayer for a friend. Therefore I also
installed LMS on it. Before that the piCorePlayer might already have
interacted with my own LMS. I was not aware of the way mysqueezebox
links players. Today I did the following and it worked for me:

think its always mysqueezebox.om apps, but they show for me. Is the
JSONRPC request correct? Is LMS filtering out (e.g.) Tidal for some
reason? As you can see Tidal is not in the response.
