I noticed in the logs that somebody in the UK struggled yesterday with
directing a favorite to a specific player. Because the {Favorite} slot
is of type AMAZON.SearchQuery, it's not allowed to have any other slots
in the same intent, so {Player} cannot be specified at the same time.

I don't know, maybe because of this link:

Yesterday, I couldn't access this link and can be accessed today. Then I
tried reinstalling and it was successful

I'll make a lot of shortcuts : 16 bits source audio gives you ~6dB/bit =
96dB SignalToNo

Think about it the following way: your DAC can do 0..1V and has 10 + 1
steps, the data it receives are all between 0..10,

Interesting to read this

No voltage involved. The no information in them was intended to mean
that they dont change the outcome in any way.

I think the answer said the zeroes were added for resolution when doing
calculations. They do not add information (e.g. do n

i got an answer the other day saying the extra zeroes dont matter
because there is no information within them
the information not present is voltage ?

I notice on the first post that replaygain doesn't work on passthrough
mode. Is that the case for all dlna players eg Bubbleupnp or similar?
Does the bridge support dsd files if the renderer does?

I had 8.1.1. and saw the issue and then upgraded to 8.2 and still saw
it. But maybe it was because it initially failed in 8.1.1 and therefore
set the availlable apps in some config which 8.2. just loaded. I did not
re-install some app with 8.2. beeing installed but found the error soon.

When I do comparisons I use ABx testing. This means there are three
samples, and two are identical, ie A=x or B=x. I have to determine
which two samples are the same. If I cannot do that, then I conclude my
perception about hearing a difference, or tasting bottle differences in
wine, is wrong.
I wanted to setup Youtube API today and it was not working. I got this
error in the log with some JSON following:

Anyway, I think this could be handled better. Why are my *local* LMS
apps gone, when connecting to mysqueezebox.com fails, which does not
even show or provide them anyway?
I think this should be fixed in 8.1.2 or 8.2.0.

I SOLVED the problem. The reason was I recently changed the password of
mysqueezebox.com. This was visible in the server.log.

I just applied my key for SqueezeCloud (soundcloud plugin) and tested

I just checked out the SoundCloud plugin for LMS that is offered in

Is this the one discussed here? I am unsure where to look for more

Then I rebooted the Pi and it came up with the date as tomorrow.
If the OP were to reset this command on a daily basis prior to shutting

I did a little digging today.
If you shell on to your Pi you can manually set the date & time with the
"date" command.
Code:
date -s 2021-08-10
will set the date/time to 00:00 10 AUG 2021 ie. tomorrow
Code:
date -s 2021-
