I dropped a mail to synology support to know if they could fix it and
when, and make sure they "loose" the 0.93 audio scan forever...
They answered it is developped by a third party and do not support
it...
So do you know who packages the synology package of LMS?
Publisher reads Synology Inc. ...
I had de-activated these auto update from syno a while ago when new
releases were a mess, then got them back on since the recent releases
were all right but looks like I'll stop updating again for a while!
After the 0:95 scan is back of course ;0)

Hi Martin,
My question on the DSD thread hasn't been answered, and even with the
latest update the "enable DSD over PCM" option in the players settings
(DSDPlayer tab) still shows the same behaviour.
I have 2 players but only one supports DSD, so I want to have one

Hello,
Just tried to install latest lmsupdate package but the manual install
assistant says the package is corrupted and won't install it.
I re-downloaded for similar result.
DL address I got: http://server.pinkdot.nl/dsm6/?arch=x86_64

I am running DSM 6.0.
Thanks Martin,
I now see DSDPlayer (V1.02) in the active plugins.
It plays DoP on my streamer supporting it when Enable DSD-over-PCM is
checked and converts to PCM when unchecked ( I can see the incoming
format on my DAC).
My second player that does not support DoP only decodes DSD tracks when

thanks, did that now, but it changed my port and I'm trying to set this
up remotely.
How can I change the port from the config files?
If I change it from server.prefs file (even with server down) it comes
automatically back to 9002!

Hi Pinkdot,
I'm discussing on another thread on the possibility to update the LMS

Hi Pinkdot,
I have a 415+
I kept the same version of SSODS I installed the first time I installed
7.9 and followed the guide I wrote
I uninstalled that package and rebooted the NAS, reinstalled SSODS but I
still can't reinstall the LMS package I was using before
SSODS doesn't see it when copied in the directory where it looks for it
and stops working when I browse to the file.
Is it possible that the uninstall broke something n
correct, the version of the scanner is 093 in the package whereas it has
to be 095 to scan DSF and DFF files correctly
I have no idea how to get an updated build of LMS 7.9 in there, all I
can do is reinstall SSODS and a nightly build of 7.9...
Thanks for your efforts so far please keep us posted
