I'm getting this too with some programmes from Alien BBC. For example "Wake Up to Money" on Five Live which is 64kbps CBR, RTSP sounds like Pinky and Perky. But then live streamed Radio 4, which is also reported as 64kbps CBR, RTSP comes out fine! Tis very odd.
