Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] AutoDim Question

That is correct. It will not autodim unless it is off. If there is enough interest then a preference could be added to allow this behavior for the Slimserver 7.0 release version. -- tgoldstone tgoldstone's Profile: http

The autodisplay settings are per player. Look under the plugins section for your player and you should see the settings. Alternatively you should be able to access the settings using the remote control -- plugins -- autodisplay. -- tgoldstone

I have not tested it on 6.5 yet. This version was designed with 6.2.x in mind. The plugin will save the playlist tracks to the filesystem playlist file. I wanted this functionality so playlists wouldn't disappear after a rescan. -- tgoldstone

perhaps a preference to save out to the playlist file or not. This could be easily accomplished in the web ui. Users could then choose to save to DB only or to the DB and playlist file. This could be a cool way to create only temporary playlists. -- tgoldstone

Ahh never mind. I found the problem. It seems that I saved the plugin as an html page (oops) and I only changed the extension not realizing that it would pollute the nice .pm file with all sorts of stuff. I have since corrected this problem and all works great. Thanks! -- tgoldstone

That is because it was designed for 6.1 not 6.2. I have been waiting for a solid 6.2 before installing it on my production box. I am planning on making some changes in the next couple of weeks so it will work with 6.2. -- tgoldstone ___ plugins

allow you more control over the mix type than MMM does, though I expect this to be added at some point in the future. I have not tried Moodlogic so I haven't made a side-by-side comparison on the mixing logic. -- tgoldstone ___ plugins mailing list
