is getting "What U hear" to work - test with Accessories/Recorder to
ensure it works and volume is OK. Then use "wavin2cmd -l" to determine
which the number of the "what u hear" stream.

the WMA transcoding app and so avoid the stuttering. You can get an
idea of buffer size difference by comparing the delay for AAC and WMA
between pressing play and hearing music.

There was a problem with version number comparison (e.g. 1.07b7 is
considered newer than 1.08) but I thought it was fixed by 7.4.1 ..
The other possibility is that you had a repository URL entered for the
CDplayer betas and it may have taken precedence over released versions.

I presume Listem Again is not playing WMA format so your problem may be
with WMA streams in general.

for Listen Again - the BBciPlayer settings have the preferences and
since you are using ReadyNas I suspect you are playing the Flash/MP3
versions.
You can check by looking at the URL when a prog is playing.

I didn't explicitly mention the "now & next" because the BBC site which
provide the "Now & Next" info was offline for the past few days and I
wasn't sure if it had been retired.
However it came back today and it has shown up a bug so I need

Technically the BBC WMA streams are still in test and so may be
"unreliable". The BBC are planning to do some work on them "after the
holidays".
Since you have an SBS running all the time why have you selected not to
use the better quaity AAC
the

Softsqueeze 3.7 has problem with transcoded streams such as WMA when
running with SC 7.3 and higher. I think this probably jammed the synced
stream.
Softsqueeze 3.8 has a number of fixes but 3.9b1 is better.

The menu item will appear on the WebUI Main menu under Extras.
Do you have that menu item ?
What version of the plugin is shown in the Plugins page ?

a non Windows based SBS (wehic is typical for a NAS) then you need to
install WMA support although this is not possible on all NAS.
More detailed info about problem and your whole SBS system (i.e. what
is the exact type of NAS) will enable more specific advice to be

connected to a local SBS - it can never connect to mysb.com. To use

If it was working and has now stopped. It is possible this is a BBC
problem as they are having various issues. First, check that you can
play "listen again" programs using the Web browser based iPlayer.
web version works.
