fully implement the SMTP protocol.
Meanwhile, you need to find out why YOUR machine is sending such

No route to host means your IP cannot reach the remote IP, not port
related. Check your IP/gateway/subnet mask settings, and try `nslookup
hotmail.com` and `traceroute hotmail.com`
