I'm using a Kodak DC240 zoom and Kodak Picture Transfer Software ver 1.1 with my 1400cs and really like it. It's all a few years old. I was given a PB 540c that was having a consistent (Epson) printer connection issue. After a number of attempts to resolve the issue, we decided the best option was to do a clean install of the OS (was 7.5.3, now 7.6) and this resolved the printer connection issues. What OS are you using? VPC 2.x won't run on the newer ones. (above 8.1 if memory serves) I seem to remember something about VPC versions and G3 compatibility as well as some issues with bus speed timing within VPC. I went to VPC 5/ME when I upgraded and run with only the normal Windoze problems.
