Could it be your Firewall refusing to allow Outlook?

Sorry, I don't think I have explained this at all well.
The interactive event of the LIST box is not firing after the valid

value of the LIST box when you click on it (This fires the Valid event
of the edit box).
Ok, so in sum
Maybe I'm missing something but once you get to the Valid, haven't you
effectively left the object? (Assuming that the valid returns .t., of
course) Why would you expect the interactivechange to fire again?

Hehe, I didn't seem to have a fresh problem. The issue I was having was
to do with the value change (selection change) in the list box after the
valid event finishing, but then VFP not firing an event for the value
change (selection change).
Oh er, the joys of event sequences!

Not being able to test that, wouldn't that just refresh the list box and
not actually fire the interactive change event?
In theory, shouldn't the interactive event fire after the valid event
has finished returning a .T.? Thus...

Try throwing in a Thisform.Refresh() or an thisform.edit1.Refresh() after you
make the changes in the InteractiveChange event.
I always use thisform.Refresh()
