I don't know what your impression of outSPOKEN is but it was an exceptional screen reader. The level of accessibility with many applications was in some respects far better than what we sometimes see with VoiceOver. It wasn't atrocious at all. In fact, it was really quite good. That said, there

In that case i mentioned 10 since the name changed and in case someone using 10 was following the conversation they would know what wer talking about. If memory serves correct you should be able to see atleast the names of the files in the region list and using a drag and drop method documented
