Hey everyone, hope everyone is staying safe and busy during these times.
Can anyone recommend a good string instrument plug-in?
Or is there one in ProTools already that I missing somewhere?

Select the clip whose beginning was overwritten. To move the left boundary of

One more quick tip: make sure you're in Slip mode (f2) or else your clip will
shuffle along with the increase in the length. slip mode will maintain its
position and extend its beginning in whichever direction you execute.

One more question, if I may:
What is the best technique for aligning (phrasing) multiple vocal
tracks, for example, a lead part and two supporting harmony parts,
when each singer is not cutting off at the same time or just singing
out-of-sync with the other vocals, etc.?

Hey steve.
I train individuals on PT, so if I can be of any help, let me know.
$35.00USD via PayPal, with a minimum 1 hour commitment payment must be received
up front before training begins.

Hi Steve,
The only training currently available is through I see Music. That is not a
certification course but it is designed by and specifically for blind users. I
know they offer some degree of online training but you'd need to visit
www.iseemusic.com to learn more.

A course of action would surely be determine by how close or how far out of
sync the vocal performances might be. One can usually do quite a bit with some
pure editing. However, plug-ins like VocALign Pro and VocALign Project do a
great job. they're not accessible out of the box but I've created
I thinkk that$ not an option, it says domain for sale or something like

Thanks Slau. Two things:
1. Where can I find instructions on how to time-stretch a clip or
section of a clip? Would that be via Elastic Audio?
2. Where can I acquire the macros for VocALign Pro, and is there a
difference between Pro and Project?
Thanks again.

Thank you I am familiar with that one. I was wondering if there were any more,

Chris, I wrote you a personal email off of the PT access groups message board.
Not sure if it went to your junk or if you got it, but would love to speak
about training whenever you’re free. First I would like to get to know you and
understand your services though.
Thanks,

Aa, there's your issue. Don't look at the parameters. Very very good
stratigy approach, I'll grantcha that, but this is one of those plugins
where your plugin presets are going to be the magic.

You could conceivably use Elastic Audio but, in my opinion, it's clunky. X-Form
works a lot more smoothly. Macros are in the Drop Box. VocALign Project is more
basic, not too many options and somewhat cheaper. VocALign Pro offers a bit
more flexibility, somewhat better results and is a bit more
Hi everyone,
The last project I tried the elastic audio with for vocals was highly
unsuccessful. I tried it myself and even had someone else cited try it and all
it did was make the problem worse. I had a situation where the vocal was about
an eighth of a beat or thereabouts off it was enough t
