I think what people are failing to understand here is, and if I'm wrong about this, I'm sorry, is that this isn't just a ProTools issue. This is an issue with companies in general who use the ILok licensing scheme. I'm not totally sure how to make that any clearer. --- Christopher Gilland

Hi, Remember that some dealers sell pro tools with the ilok license on it already so no need to transfer things this is what I did with pro tools 10 so before you buy from a dealer you might want to see if they can do the transfer for you if you explain the issues or just buy the bundle. Nick

well, i don't know about others but Slate have Phone, Skype and email support, and links on their site to grab TeamTalk for remote. Lots of options. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about VMR and from Eiosis about Air EQ. Both are brand new so perhaps they are currently swamped.
