Hi Pedro, Thanks - this looks better. Perhaps this should be further discussed at the QGIS-UX mailing list - which deals with such issues? Andreas On 30.09.2014 12:46, Pedro Venâncio wrote: I think the "Save as template" icon would be good. But personally I would rather use the "Op

Hi, I think the "Save as template" icon would be good. But personally I would rather use the "Open folder" icon for loading from template or the blank page icon. The loading has nothing to do with saving and thus I don't think the "Floppy disk" icon would be a good choice for loading a templa

Hi Andreas, I can not create icons, I am the worst designer on Earth... But I created some images with icons that I think can be more explicit, mixing some of which already exist in QGIS. What do you think? ___ Qgis-developer mailing list Qgis-developer@

agreed - can you contribute better icons? I am sure that the devs would include that, if contributed. Andreas On 30.09.2014 10:51, Pedro Venâncio wrote: Ok, I also did not realize this change. This makes sense to me, but icons do not seem very explicit. "New from template" icon is the same o

Ok, I also did not realize this change. This makes sense to me, but icons do not seem very explicit. "New from template" icon is the same of "New composer". And "Add items from template" has the same icon that in previous versions were used to "Open" previously saved templates. So, it seems to me t

I correct myself slightly: it may make sense to add "New from Template" to the toolbar, for those using the toolbar instead of the menu. Andreas On 30.09.2014 10:32, Andreas Neumann wrote: Hi Ramon, The difference is: "New from template" overrides everything (including your page settings)

Hi Ramon, The difference is: "New from template" overrides everything (including your page settings) you had in your layout, and "Add items from template" leaves the page settings and already existing items in place and just adds additional items from a template. I think that this distincti

Ah. A hidden change. I'm following my established work flow. Blank, then the toolbar folder icon, which now tells me it's "Load items from Template", except that because this is what I've always done, I didn't hang around long enough to see. It's the same icon in the same place as the icon i

Hi, I've opened up a couple of new issues in the tracker regarding the Print Composer in Master. The Print Composer is currently ignoring the page orientation in my templates, with flow on effects. http://hub.qgis.org/issues/11292 The Print Composer is showing all layers in the legend - even
