Can someone please tell me the plugin path on Mac computers? On Linux I
have /home//.qgis2/python/plugins. I'm writing a tutorial and I

Just to be sure .. first of all you have to have the orfeo toolbox installed
(http://orfeo-toolbox.org/otb/)
Then within
Processing -> Options and configuration -> Providers -> Orfeo Toolbox
You can set the OTB applications folder and the OTB command line tools folder

Trying to convert from ArcGRID to ASC using Raster | Conversion |
Translate. I select the ADF file from the GRID as an input, change the file
time for the output to ASC, choose my target SRS, and then check out the
GDAL code before running the convers
If you have idx files (spatial index) associated with the shapefile, it might
be corrupted. You can delete this file and see if it displays properly.

You can first use the Raster > Interpolation > Interpolation to create a
surface from your points (you might have to activate the plugin in the
plugins > plugin manager). After that you can use Raster > Extraction >
Contour to create the desired contours.

I want to vary the size of my labels on features both by attribute and map
scale. So, for example, I have a layer of towns and villages and I want towns

Funciona como AutoCAD.

In 2.0 on my computer i works- Please remember to close the file in Excel
before opening in QGIS - I get an Attribute table. If you want to open and use
colums as x and y coordinates - Save your xls to csv and open as CSV.
