Hello,
Your time/date on your box has changed, thats why you get a "time warp"
Adjust either system time or bios clock, makes this happen.

Is your toaster on a private IP address behind a firewall? If so, you'll
need to modify your toaster firewall.sh to allow traffic from your local subnet.
Example (includes existing lines for reference):
## Drop all incoming fragments
iptables -A INPU
This applies to standard installation of Centos 5 + xwindows with QT.
As most people and myself was convinced about this matter, is a DNS
problem in a network enviroment like this:
Internet <-> Firewall/Router ( Public IP nat/portforwarding ) <-> QT
server wtih LAN IP ( Non public IP )
Edit
e that is a key
issue though.
What do your pop3 logs indicate?
tail /var/log/qmail/pop3/current just after you do a send and receive, it
may give more clues.
Also in terms of your dns, can the server see the internet, ping hostnames
etc etc?

I might have done the djbdns wrong.
Do i really need it?
Where do i find a simple howto, more examples than t
s not resolving correctly incoming ip addresses and thus it
takes a lot of time (until timeout occurs) when connecting to pop3

Any ideas? I have not :(

This might popup by telnet after 30 seconds, t
ill attempt to locate
and mount all your partitions for you.
Alternatively, any 'live' CD can be used to boot (e.g. Knoppix)
SystemRescueCD is a particularly good distro to use for this. It contains
qt_parted, which is a free clone of partition magic.

Thanks for any input on howto resolve, atleast recover some of the data.
