I use the Guardian Voyager 98000 Portable Overhead Lifter
with the Easytrack 3 Post Configuration. The whole thing is easy to setup
by just about anyone and is portable. We use it in my bedroom to transfer
between bed and wheelchair. I've been using it for 4 years.

that they may know. Depending where you are located the Natl Spinal Cord
Injury Association has doctors they can recommend.

I flush my catheter daily using a tap water/vinegar mix. I've told my Dr. this
& he said it's fine. I've been uti-free, & clog-free since.

What did you guys do?
Thanks

Drug protocol is between you and your doctor, based on the kind and
amount of bacteria that has colonized in your bladder. Irrigation is normally
considered when the Catheter gets clogged. Granted, there might be some
cases when this might be recommended, using a nurse or doctor.

Dave,
Slow cookers (crockpots) are great for simple, no mess meals. A slow cooker
meal that I enjoy is simply adding pork chops, chicken breast or cube steaks

Any risk ? How much saline water must be put in ? I am using a 3-headed

If I have a UTI without symptoms (fever, cloudy urine etc.), should I
undergo antibiotic treatmen
Hi Dave,
Speaking of hot cranberry juice, try adding a shot or two of Amaretto and

Some tv dinners are great. And then there are the series of prepackaged
foods like Jenny Craig which are both healthy and wholesome. Left overs that
are packaged for individual dinners later in the week. Tossed Salad may
last for several days after making it.

I have several different caregivers who come during the week, and I have
been getting kind of bored with microwave dinners.
On the other hand, my wife does not want caregivers rummaging through her
kitchen to prepare complex meals (and sometimes leave a mess).
