Your Sennheiser microphone should be already tuned once you go through microphone set up. There should be no need to touch the volume control. Unless the nurses are trying to limit your calls to them you should be able to preset the volume and leave it at that. Joan’s suggestion is a good one.

Paul, My suprapubic has been in for 26 years. There was a time I was getting a sand like sediment in the tube forcing a change. I switched to filtered water And the problem got solved. I normally drink and a ton of water at night so the night bag is practically full when I wake in the morning.
