Consider calling Permobil in Tennessee at 800-736-0925. Make sure you have your serial number available when you talk with Tech Services.28 seconds sounds slow to me. Tilt actuators operate off of 24 volts and to the best of my knowledge are not adjustable in time cycle. Your

I have the C350 and while I think it's a pretty decent chair, I would recommend going with the front wheel drive if you're used to a mid-wheel drive. You have to be cognizant of the weight, mine weighs in excess of 500 pounds with me in it, I weigh 181 pounds. You also need to be aware of that

Anyone ever try the Permobil X850? Previously the Trax It looks very cool. An outdoor chair when the front wheels extend out for better stability, etc. The only thing bad about it is the top speed is only 9 mph. Plus indoors it might be a hassle. I'd love that thing if it was just a bit faster.
