I wore a binder for my first 20plus years, then my quad gut started expanding.
Now it is like 20lbs of sh_t in a 10lb bag. Fat extruding at every crevice.

I'm curious about this girdle too. What is it exactly? Would it bother an SP
catheter? I wore a binder for almost a year until it started to irritate my
skin and cause more problems.

Same here, Greg. It makes me miserable and even hard to breathe. It feels like

manage. But the slow expansion of my belly bothers me constantly. The fact
that I can't seem to do anything to affect it is maddening. I know passing

I wish I could say that, but I now have a fat face and a belly to match. I
do eat at pretty healthy amount, but nowhere near what some other people
do. Then again, when you can't exercise it's difficult.

I don't know, but what I do know is that after 10 years I finally got heavy
