I haven't been using qubes (or computers, for that matter) for a wee bit of
time and now that I'm back I see fedora 24 going the way of dinosaurs.

I'm considering a 16 GB RAM (It's an option now) 2017 retina macbook as a
portable qubes machine now
However, it does not appear to be in HCL
Anyone tried getting qubes on it?
What issues can one expect?

Well considering the OP is using gmail I think that this is the least of
his worries.
If the browsers in two AppVM's are exactly the same then you can easily
correlate them which is the whole point of browser fingerprinting, they
will appear exactly the same to an observer.

im struggling to set my Timezones correctly. Fore some Reasons, the
clock is exactly tow hours early. I tried to set it with
"tzselect" , and with "timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Berlin", however,

I've put up a repository for Qubes packages, which you can add to the
sources list in your xenial or zesty templates, or HVMs. 3.2 only for
now, 4.0 to follow.
To use it in xenial create a file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/qubes-r3.list with

Using Qubes3.2, I'm attempting to create a communication
channel between two VMs. One VM without networking. I'd like to mimic
ssh -L port:localhost:port.
I think a qrexec rpc should work, but I'm not sure what to include in
the rpc-action file. Any help is appreciated.
